User Agreement

1. Parties

This is the contract, B.B Digital & Amazon - BERK BOYACIOGLU ("Company and Individual") and the person receiving the training ("User"). https://www.berkboyacioglu.com/ All services offered through the website are covered by this agreement.

2. Services

B.B Digital & AmazonAmazon offers mentoring programs, company formation, financial consultancy and training services. The user agrees to comply with the provisions of this agreement while using these services.

3. User Obligations

• The User guarantees that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. Training Materials and Terms of Use

4.1. Sharing of Training Packages

The user who has purchased the training package cannot share this training with another person. If it is detected through the IP address that the training materials or video training series are shared with another person, B.B Digital & Amazon company has the right to cancel the user's membership without refund.

4.2. Copying and Sharing of Training Materials

It is strictly forbidden to copy and share the training materials and video training series by screen recording, photography or similar methods. When such a situation is detected, B.B Digital & Amazon company has the right to cancel the user's membership without refund.

If training materials are shared on any online or offline platform, B.B Digital & Amazonhas the right to initiate legal proceedings for violation of intellectual property rights. The User undertakes to accept this situation and to comply with these rules.

The User acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, understands the rules and is responsible for complying with these rules.

5. Terms of Service

• B.B Digital & Amazonreserves the right to change the content and scope of the services.
• Due to technical failures that may arise during the use of the services B.B Digital & Amazon cannot be held responsible.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logo and materials on the website B.B Digital & Amazon's property. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

B.B Digital & Amazondoes not give any guarantees about the results that users will obtain from the services. The user uses the services at his own risk.

8. Digital Product Return Policy

Since our courses, support services, consulting services and other digital content are digital products by nature, no refunds can be made after the purchase has been completed.

9. Contract Amendments

B.B Digital & Amazonreserves the right to change the provisions of this agreement without prior notice. The updated agreement will be effective from the date of its publication on the website.
